I would like to utilise ARM template only for initial (static) build and later my automation takes care of dynamic changes and on-going maintenance.
Despite of limited vocabulary for ARM, its fantastic for base consistency! e.g Baking in keyvault Access policies, Corporate IP ranges in firewall.
There are few thing which can provide less ARM JSON code.
